The Silver Plus Program is Clean Plus Elkton’s community‑driven initiative providing affordable, referral‑based home cleaning services for seniors who want to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment. Built in partnership with local agencies and care providers, the program helps older adults age in place with confidence and support.

Who the Program Serves

  • Seniors in Cecil County who are:

  • Age 60 and older

  • Living independently and need help maintaining their home

  • Referred through local agencies, care providers, or discounted private/local government programs

  • Seeking trustworthy, respectful cleaning assistance

What the Program Provides

  • Routine home cleaning Consistent upkeep that keeps living spaces fresh, tidy, and comfortable.

  • Disinfection and sanitation Targeted cleaning that supports a healthier home environment.

  • Light organizing and tidying Helping seniors maintain order in closets, cabinets, and everyday spaces.

  • Floor care and surface cleaning Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and detailed surface care for safety and cleanliness.

  • Laundry support Washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing and linens as needed.
